實價第8波　文昌街267萬店面最貴　東湖路21萬陽光屋最低 May 16th 2013, 06:10 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕內政部今（16）日公布第8波實價登錄資料，從3月份成交資料來看，整體價格表現平穩，台北市最高價是大安區文昌街的單價267萬元店面，最低價為內湖區東湖路上的「陽光屋」，每坪21.3萬元，12個行政區中只有南港、信義與中正3區的最高價為住宅產品，其餘大多是店面。
