綠委：520大限將至　馬英九才說要檢討證所稅 May 9th 2013, 06:10 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕在馬英九總統指示成立專案小組檢討證所稅下，財政部長張盛和也鬆口表示，證所稅可以提前檢討，不必等到實施滿1年，民進黨立委吳秉叡就表示，因為520就職周年的大限將至，而現在民間各種怒氣都加總在一起，為了宣洩一部分怒氣，才會表示要檢討證所稅。
