經濟成長率不到3%就不漲電價？　張家祝不願鬆口 May 8th 2013, 04:10 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕4月進、出口雙雙衰退，3.59%的經濟成長率預測值眼看也將下修，但10月仍將按預定時程調漲電價，引發立委高度關注，國民黨立委李慶華質疑，電價一定要漲嗎？台聯立委許忠信也要求，能不能經濟成長率不到3%就不漲電價？但經濟部長張家祝則不願鬆口。
