管中閔張家祝掛保證經濟成長保3　立委虧：擲筊都比較準 May 8th 2013, 06:11 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕第1季經濟成長概估腰斬至1.54%，剛公布的4月進、出口又雙雙衰退，行政院主計總處副主計長鹿篤瑾坦言經濟成長率有下修的壓力，而經濟部長張家祝與行政院經建會主委管中閔兩人則是掛保證，表示今年經濟成長率保3應該沒問題。
