房市╱第1季核發建照年增34%　每4戶就有1戶在桃園 May 10th 2013, 08:07 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕房市氣氛明顯好轉，已反應在市場未來新增供給上，根據統計，全國第1季核發建照戶數有2萬8641戶，較去年同期增加34%，其中最熱門的區域在桃園縣，核發住宅建照戶數超過雙北市的總和，全國核准建照戶數中，每4戶就有超過1戶是在桃園地區。
