彰銀台新併有轉圜？　駱錦明：財長已從拒絕到樂觀其成　 Apr 16th 2013, 04:57 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕行政院長江宜樺今(16)日率領財金內閣首長與工商協進會企業老闆舉行早餐會，對於三次金改，工商協進會理事長駱錦明會後記者會轉述表示，對於金融合併，包括財政部長張盛和及金管會主委陳裕璋都表示樂觀其成，尤其對彰銀與台新銀合併案，張盛和已從原本拒絕轉到樂觀其成，這已是很大轉變，只符合相關規定，金管會提意見，財政部就會考慮。
