兩岸資本市場合作　富邦金蔡明忠：盼金證會結論儘速落實 Apr 12th 2013, 06:57 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕富邦金控與福建省金融學會、福建省證券經濟研究會12日在福州共同舉辦「兩岸資本市場體系合作發展」研討會，富邦金董事長蔡明忠指出，期盼兩岸金證會的結論儘速落實，並進一步展開兩岸資本市場合作，而富邦證券早已與福建省投資開發集團簽署合資設立「海峽證券有限公司」意向書，希望能掌握這一波開放契機，爭取證券全牌照業務資格，成立海峽證券。
