經濟悶　許勝雄：政府應「築巢引鳳」，吸引台商回流 Apr 17th 2013, 11:00 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕行政院長江宜樺表示，台灣經濟目前處於「悶」的狀態，全國工業總會理事長、也是金仁寶集團董事長許勝雄17日認為，今年經濟成長預估仍有3.5%至3.6%，還是有可為的環境，政府應「築巢引鳳」，甚至「引鳳築巢」，因為台商也在重新思考新佈局，這是關鍵的兩年，政府若無法讓台商回流，將喪失經濟復甦及轉型的良好機會。
