天價重罰民營電廠會不會雷聲大，雨點小？　公平會有信心 Apr 3rd 2013, 05:58 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕公平交易委員會日前因聯合行為，對9家民營電廠處以63億2千萬元的天價罰鍰，不過，有立委擔心，業者會提上訴，還申請了分期，到最後會不會像中油、台塑，或是超商咖啡一樣「雷聲大，雨點小」？公平會主委吳秀明強調，這個案子事證確鑿且惡性重大。
