立委質疑蘋果差別待遇、限制綁約價　公平會允諾研究調查 Apr 3rd 2013, 07:57 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕蘋果公司改變中國大陸產品的維修保固政策，遭立委質疑兩岸有差別待遇，也有立委當場檢舉蘋果綁約售價需經蘋果同意，是否涉及限制價格，公平交易委員會主委吳秀明表示，將著手調查研究是否有涉及違反公平交易法。
