北韓喊戰、日擴大QE　新台幣開盤貶破30、重貶1.65角 Apr 8th 2013, 02:49 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕在南北韓衝突緊張情勢升高，北韓放話將開戰，加上日本央行總裁黑田東彥提出更激進的量化寬鬆貨幣政策，日圓、韓元重貶，加上台股重挫，新台幣兌美元匯價今(8)日一開盤也貶破30元價位，一度來到30.09元、重貶1.65角。
