日光燈管廣告不實　公平會處PChome、惠裕各5萬罰鍰 Apr 4th 2013, 04:26 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕惠裕科技公司在網路上銷售的日光燈管，宣稱獲有節能標章認證，以吸引消費者購買，但實際上並未取得節能標章，遭公平交易委員會認定為廣告不實，分別處網路家庭PChome、惠裕公司各5萬元罰鍰。
