房市╱北桃園購屋支出墊高58-94萬　坪數縮水1.1 -2.4坪 Apr 12th 2013, 04:55 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕景氣回溫，加上奢侈稅2年緊箍咒即將屆滿，房市成交量能增溫，而房價也高檔不墜，根據房屋網站彙整房仲成交資料比較後發現，今年1-3月台北市、新北市、桃園縣的平均購屋支出較去年同期普遍墊高58-94萬元，成交行情呈現小幅微揚姿態，但可購得坪數卻縮水1.1 -2.4坪。
