外資撤　3月外匯存底降至4018.9億美元　世界仍排第四 　 Apr 3rd 2013, 12:06 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕中央銀行3日公布截至今(2013)年3月底外匯存底為4018.9億美元，較2月底減少21.9億美元，不過，在世界排名仍居第四，僅次於大陸、日本及俄羅斯。
