搶標高雄美術館絕版土地　 京城以每坪306.2萬天價勝出 Apr 11th 2013, 06:53 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕高雄美術館絕版土地引爆搶地大戰！面高雄美術館公園景觀第一排的1394.82坪土地，在興富發與京城兩大建商搶標下，最後由京城建設以總價42.71億元得標，溢價率36.02%，換算每坪土地單價高達306.20萬元，創下高雄市土地新天價。
