北韓喊戰遲未動作　新台幣早盤小升、最高29.92、升6分 Apr 12th 2013, 02:54 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕北韓遲未有進一步動武的行動，韓元也陷入盤整，新台幣兌美元今(12)日早盤仍呈現小升格局，一度回升至29.92元、升值6分，不過，由於市場仍在觀察北韓後續動作，新台幣升幅有限，隨後在29.94元陷入盤整。
