參股搶頭香！　中國工商銀行將認購永豐銀20%股權 Apr 2nd 2013, 11:48 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕金銀三會才剛在台上落幕，兩岸協議將大陸銀行參股投資金控子銀行的持股的持股比率提高至20%，永豐金控2日馬上宣布，臨時董事會已通過與中國工商銀行簽署股份認購協議，中國工商銀行將對子銀行永豐銀行進行20%的股權投資。
