法人自用需求增溫　第1季商用不動產交易近5年同季新高 Apr 11th 2013, 04:52 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕景氣回溫，商用不動產買氣增溫，根據統計，第1季全台億元以上商用不動產交易總金額約282.7億元，較上一季的246.0億元增加14.9%，且為近5年同季新高，其中，資產投資機構、傳統產業及科技業等自用需求法人躍升成為主要投資人。
