香港壹傳媒公告　壹電視14億賣給年代練台生 Apr 15th 2013, 11:00 〔財經中心╱台北報導〕香港壹傳媒今（15）日正式公告，將台灣壹電視出售給年代董事長練台生，包括出售壹電視待售股份及轉讓股東貸款的總代價為新台幣14億元（相當於港幣3億6,280萬元）。
