現代女「房事」積極　裝潢以中小坪數、百萬預算需求最火 Mar 7th 2013, 04:38 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕明天是38國際婦女節，現代女性經濟能力佳，對於「房事」更顯積極，女性購屋比例逐年攀升，房屋網站針對網友進行「居家裝潢需求動向」發現，11 -30坪的裝潢坪數占65.1%，且有高達74.4%的比例裝潢花費在100萬元以下。
