牛郎店加稅？　張盛和：考量性別平等 Mar 5th 2013, 06:28 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕財政部計劃修改營業稅法，將特種稅額的課徵範圍擴及所有有陪侍服務的PUB、KTV、牛郎店等行業，引發業者不滿，認為政府加稅，根本是在搶錢，財政部長張盛和今（5）日表示，稅率本來就是25%，並沒有加稅，主要是考量「性別平等」。
