內外紛擾舒緩！國泰金上修全年GDP至4.23%　黃金交叉可期 Mar 6th 2013, 10:29 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕在內外紛擾已舒緩之下，國泰金控與台大產學合作計劃團隊6日發布最新經濟預測，除上修今(2013)年經濟成長率至4.23%，並預期可望帶動全年新增就業突破15萬人次，有機會達成「經濟成長率向上突破4，且失業率向下跌破4」的黃金交叉。
