保險犯罪頻傳　藍委要求全面防堵　陳裕璋：3個月內提出 Mar 20th 2013, 09:20 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕近來駭人聽聞的嘉義縣頭顱分屍案，檢警懷疑陳姓男子可能圖謀妹妹保險金，面對這類保險犯罪案件，20日在立法院財委會也引發立委關注，國民黨立委費鴻泰要求金管會針對收入不對等、重複投保現象，訂定行政命令嚴加規範，而金管會主委陳裕璋也承諾，在3個月內提出。
