日圓創3年半新低　新台幣早盤先貶後升、上下震盪近1角 Mar 12th 2013, 02:53 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕日圓創3年半來新低，貶破96日圓兌1美元，市場並預期日圓可能續貶，新台幣兌美元匯價今(12)日早盤則呈現先貶後升，上下震盪近1角，目前最高價來到29.65元，不過，由於亞幣偏弱，台幣隨後在29.68元震盪整理。
