調查：2012台灣個人財務健康指數跌破50　重回2009水準　 Mar 12th 2013, 04:52 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕根據花旗銀行公布2012年「個人財務健檢」調查結果顯示，台灣民眾平均個人財務健康指數為49.9分，較2011及2010年下滑，回到2009年金融風暴後的水準，同時，台灣民眾對於生活品質的滿意度也較2011年下降6個百分點至60%，不過，對財務前景持樂觀態度的比率則由2011年的58%修正到2012年的42%，顯示在2012年不景氣大環境下，民眾對於財務前景持觀望態度。
