石素梅：電價如果上漲1成　物價上漲0.36個百分點 Mar 11th 2013, 08:52 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕核四停建與否，將舉行公投，不過，有關核四停建對電價的影響，以及對物價、經濟成長率的評估都付之闕如，行政院主計總處主計長石素梅今（11）日在立委的追問下表示，如果電價上漲1成，將推升物價上漲0.359個百分點，經濟成長率則是下降0.13個百分點。
