新日光與旺能光電結合案　公平會不禁止 Feb 20th 2013, 09:06 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕有關新日光能源科技公司擬與旺能光電公司進行合併，結合後新日光為存續公司、旺能為消滅公司一案，公平交易委員會今（20）日委員會議決議，經綜合評估，認為新日光與旺能結合的整體經濟利益大於限制競爭之不利益，因此，不禁止其結合。
