QE3恐提前退場　市場趨觀望　新台幣早盤在29.65盤整小升 Feb 22nd 2013, 03:15 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕在美國第三輪量化寬鬆政策（QE3）有可能提前退場之下，美股收黑，台股也走跌，而亞洲貨幣雖出現反彈，但在市場轉趨觀望之下，新台幣兌美元匯價今(22)日早盤在29.65元呈現盤整小升格局，高低價差縮至1角內。
