3成6企業計畫調薪　平均調幅4% 　民生服務居冠 Feb 22nd 2013, 09:16 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕就業市場人力需求大增，企業是否會祭出調薪策略以利留才、攬才？根據1111人力銀行最新調查顯示，今年有35.71%的受訪企業有調薪計畫，較去年的28.57%高出7.14%，有調薪的企業平均調薪幅度達4.33%。
