化敵為友　台泥、中建材結盟　盤中股價開高走低 Jan 4th 2013, 02:55 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕台泥大陸佈局再出現重大進展，與原本在大陸西南區競爭激烈的中國建材集團簽下戰略合作協議，台泥指出，雙方合作，除了可進一步拓展市場，也有助水泥價格的穩定，在與中建材合作消息激勵下，台泥4日股價開高小漲慶賀。
