有感拚績效　財長、經長不「連動」 Jan 4th 2013, 02:55 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕中油與台電虧損嚴重，卻仍坐領高額年終獎金，屢遭外界撻伐，經濟部則針對國營事業的績效獎金進行檢討，未來將與經濟成長率與失業率等經濟指標連動，對於這項改革，遭立委批評是「張飛打岳飛」，莫名其妙，而同樣有政策負擔，財政部所屬的台銀等國營事業則是年年賺錢，財政部長張盛和就表示，薪酬制度與經濟成長率的關聯性不大，應該看公司的經營績效。
