環評未通過即擅自動工　陳由豪漳州PX廠　被勒令停工 Jan 25th 2013, 08:02 〔本報訊〕中國大陸翔鷺騰龍集團在福建漳州古雷投資興建、預定年產80萬噸的對二甲苯（PX）廠工程，由於變更環評未通過就擅自動工，被大陸環保部勒令停工，並罰款人民幣20萬元。
