公平會附加負擔　LG、Pioneer、Philips及Sony組專利聯盟 Jan 24th 2013, 04:10 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕公平交易委員會今（24）日表示，有關LG、Pioneer、Philips 及Sony組成專利聯盟的申報結合案，經考量此結合案有助於降低台灣DVD產品製造商取得授權的交易成本，對整體經濟利益大於限制競爭不利益，但為避免利用專利聯盟限制競爭，委員會議決議在附加5項負擔條件下，不禁止結合。
