持手機刷卡　公平會有條件通過6業者TSM結合案 Jan 23rd 2013, 11:46 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕公平交易委員會23日有條件通過包括中華電信、台灣大哥大、亞太電信、威寶電信、遠傳電信等5家電信業者及悠遊卡公司，合資設立新事業經營信託服務管理平台(TSM)。未來手機不只可結合信用卡刷卡(行動支付)功能，還可結合上班辨識卡及住宅門禁卡等，讓手機的功能更擴大。
