北市建商瘋搶地！　土地庫存不足　單月購地157億元 Jan 4th 2013, 05:05 〔記者葉家瑋╱台北報導〕瑞普國際物業統計，2012年全年至少有1955億元資金投入土地市場，在金管會對壽險業者提高投報率至2.875%限制後，保險公司投資不動產的腳步瞬間急凍，反而促使建商成為土地市場的大買家，由於北市素地難尋，建商因即時開發的「土地庫存壓力」，使得11月中旬過後短短1個多月，建商購地金額超過157億元，爭霸土地市場。
