有感幸福　魏應充：味全明年加薪3-5%、年終獎金3個月 Dec 21st 2012, 08:07 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕味全董事長魏應充對明年的景氣看法樂觀，今年味全營收及獲利穩定成長，體貼員工面對物價上漲的壓力，魏應充21日宣佈，明年仍將全員調高薪水，平均調幅3%，如果有晉級則再加2%；今年的年終獎金目標是發放3個月。
