賴正鎰籲放寬投資移民門檻　專案許可莫言長期居留台灣 Nov 15th 2012, 10:47 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕鄉林集團董事長賴正鎰15日表示，台灣應把握美國總統歐巴馬連任、大陸展開「習李時代」之際，以新思維去提升中、美、台、港之間政經的微妙互動，並藉機重新思考全面性投資移民及人口政策，吸引優秀人才願意來台、留台，提升台灣競爭力；他並建議政府應主動邀請剛拿到貝爾獎文學獎的大陸作家莫言，並以專案許可，給予他長期居留台灣的機會。
