金管會下重手嚴控壽險業炒樓　商仲：年底前商辦很難賣了 Nov 20th 2012, 04:13 〔記者葉家瑋╱台北報導〕金管會對壽險業者買樓買地限制！並宣布八大新措施、且「即日生效」，當中將最低投報率自原先的2.125%提高到2.875%，對商辦市場傷最重！仲量聯行副總吳瑤華直言，「年底前台北商辦很難賣了」，但儘管如此，由於賣方手中不缺錢，因此預期商辦要降價拋售機會不大，短期內買賣雙方將呈現觀望，尋找價格平衡點。
