房市╱實價登錄後　小而精套房意外擄獲長線投資目光 Nov 23rd 2012, 04:37 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕實價登錄後，哪一類的產品最受歡迎？房仲業者意外發現，銀行最不愛貸款的15坪小套房表現最為穩健，3個月以來，台北市仍維持總成交量在2成上下，而新北市的小套房占比則出現增加，業者推測可能由於股市表現不佳，資金急欲尋求避險管道，反而讓低總價的小套房個案逆勢出線。
