林毅夫：壟斷是收入分配不斷惡化的最主要原因 Nov 19th 2012, 02:47 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕央行行長周小川在「2012財新峰會」上對2008年應對金融危機時超發貨幣做出解釋。周小川稱，大陸需要在最短時間內恢復經濟，於是採取適當寬鬆的貨幣政策，但「吃藥肯定有一點副作用」，如果當時退出政策再快一點效果可能更好。
