實價查詢衝擊　新北市投資置產成交比例驟減6% Nov 16th 2012, 04:41 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕政府從去年起祭出一連串的打房政策，從奢侈稅、到限縮購屋貸款成數、央行擴大信用管制區等，今年10月16日開放實價登錄查詢以來，好房網特地分析買方的「購屋動機」與「搜屋目標價」，發現受到實價查詢衝擊，新北市投資置產族抱持觀望心態，統計10/16~31的成交比例較於10/1~15下跌6%。
