第4方買主將現？　壹傳媒復牌大漲逾10% Nov 20th 2012, 03:42 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕香港壹傳媒因為出售台灣印刷及電視業務，在簽約前出現金管會限制辜仲諒不得主導經營的變化，造成壹傳媒在11/14停牌，在19日公告最新進度中指出，期望可在11/27正式簽約，且透露出買主除了辜仲諒、台塑集團、蔡紹中之外，可能加入新成員，20日早盤恢復交易後，股價開高走高，一度拉升至1.52元港幣，漲幅13.43%。
