大陸10月用電量增速觸底回升　為景氣回升前兆 Nov 16th 2012, 02:10 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕大陸用電量增速走出低谷，10月開始回升。大陸國家能源局11月14日公布的10月用電量資料顯示，當月全社會用電量3998億千瓦時，同比增長6.1%。這一增速雖同比仍下滑5.25個百分點，但環比9月2.9%的增速，上升了3.2個百分點。
