國泰房產指數：Q3價趺量縮　議價空間15-20%　Q4更保守 Oct 31st 2012, 15:26 〔記者郭幸宜╱台北報導〕國泰建設31日公布第3季全國房地產指數，較第2季為「價跌量縮」，和去(2011)年同期則為「價穩量縮」，第3季市場則延續近一年來的高檔盤整格局，而在928檔期與QE3預期心理失效的影響下，市場買氣仍然保守。
