兩岸貨幣清算　央行公布大陸地區新臺幣清算行遴選規定 Sep 7th 2012, 04:41 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕央行總裁彭淮南在8月31日親自主持記者會宣佈，已簽署海峽兩岸貨幣清算合作備忘錄，自簽署日起60天內，各自完成相關準備後生效；央行7日公布大陸地區新臺幣清算行遴選規定，外匯指定銀行在大陸地區設有分支機構者，都可申請許可由其指定一家大陸地區分支機構於該地區申請作為新臺幣清算行，辦理新臺幣清算業務。
