觀察╱「小孟嘗君」花錢消災？　葉國一仍是贏家 Sep 6th 2012, 03:09 〔財經中心╱台北報導〕曾感慨科技業賺的是辛苦錢，不像房地產，土地放著，是「日也賺，夜也賺」的英業達集團創辦人葉國一，在跨足房地產後，卻因為炒房事件，讓葉國一賠了夫人又折兵，不過，市場人士指出，葉國一雖然承諾將被認定為不合法的22戶無償贈與台北市政府，還得付出緩起訴金4800萬元，但葉國一還有合法取得的3戶專案住宅，以及分回的600坪土地，實質來看，葉國一恐怕還是贏家。
