央行：大陸為國銀第三大債務國 Sep 8th 2012, 02:12 〔本報訊〕中央銀行7日表示，在金融業赴大陸設分行下，截至6月底，中國大陸已成為本國銀行第三大債務國，跨國國際債權餘額達216.41億美元，季增逾17億美元。
