新版公債法　胡志強：擔心舉債就不要設五都 Sep 10th 2012, 10:31 〔記者蔡依婷╱台中報導〕新版公債法出爐，未來六都將以「財政努力」程度競爭百分之七點零六的債限，遭批太過嚴刻，台中市長胡志強今天表示，法案尚未通過，不便多所評論，但他也認為，若中央擔心六都皆以院轄市規格會造成舉債過多，那麼當初就不該設立五都。
