所得稅法修正　20至60歲受扶養者　也可列報免稅額 Sep 6th 2012, 07:45 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕行政院院會今(6)日通過所得稅法第17條條文修正草案，將現行條文中有關申報扶養親屬的限制要件違憲部分予以刪除，只要確實受納稅義務人扶養者，即可申報，修正草案並已列為立法院本會期優先法案，未來20至60歲無謀生能力、受扶養者，將都可以列報免稅額。
