搶進太陽能　台積太陽能模組轉換效率14.2% Sep 5th 2012, 16:50 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕台積太陽能公司宣布，位於台中先進廠房的研發試產線已成功生產出14.2%高轉換效率的太陽能模組，此模組已進入UL（Underwriters Laboratories）和國際電工委員會（International Electrotechnical Commission，IEC）的認證程序，預計2013年初獲得認證。
